TIM's SMP is an intensive eight to ten month global leadership program that transforms teams of senior managers to next level executive development through workshops, action learning, hands-on project work and a grand final international benchmarking trip. We adapt a holistic approach to the program integrating methodologies, processes and tools with immediate execution. We create added value through a unique learning environment of six management teams from different organizations to promote shared management experiences.
Our objective is to entrench a global business mindset, to help executives assume leadership roles and sustain ongoing success while building a strong management team. We deliver with the help of internationally renowned faculty members from Harvard, Insead, MIT, NYU, Stanford, IMD and more. The collaboration between these academic giants in itself creates a forum for high level integrative thought processes.
We help participating teams reach their objectives through these modules:
Workshops - a forum for complex multi-dimensional management issues including; globalization, personal leadership, strategy, change management, Mergers & Acquisitions, global marketing, international negotiating skills.
Business projects - leading business professionals from the world's top education institutions personally mentor participating management teams through a live company project, helping them to integrate theory with project execution.
International Benchmarking - This workshop integrates the fundamentals learned from previous workshops to successfully transformed international business regions including; Singapore, Taiwan, UK, Finland, Estonia, Ireland and more, exposing participants to role model organizations and enabling them to explore different infrastructures, government organizations and industries.
In touch with the needs of each organization we take a client-centric approach; we adapt our modules to each program cycle after an extensive needs assessment process following in-depth interviews with each manager.
Following graduation our participants join our growing ExecuTIM graduates family where the learning process continues through senior management forums and other tailored events.
